Chakra balancing – the basics
The word “chakra” is Sanskrit for “wheel or disk.” Chakras are energy “wheels” that form the subtle body – a body of energy that superimposes the physical body.
We have 7 major chakras along the spine, each one correlates to a major system in the body:
Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency, matching the frequency of colors. – Bottom to top (root to crown), red being the lowest vibration and violet being the highest, the 7 chakras match the colors of the rainbow.

Chakra balancing aims to open and align the seven major energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Enhancing emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Techniques such as Reiki, crystal healing, guided meditation, yoga, Akashic records, and other modalities are used to unblock and balance these centers.
