Preparing for your session
Whether you choose Akashic Records, Crystal therapy (chakra balancing), or Reiki, set aside time to be quiet and undisturbed during your session.
After you book the session, you will receive an intake questionnaire via email. I will use it to prepare for our meeting ahead of time.
Whether your session is at a distance or in person, avoid any stimulants, alcohol, or drugs, including caffeine or wine, at least 24 hours before your session. These can disrupt the flow of energy and have a negative impact on your energetic field, making it difficult to focus, relax, and be receptive to healing.
Set up an intention for your session, for example, stress relief, clarity on a specific issue, harmony in relationships, releasing grief, pain relief, etc.
We will connect before the session starts, and talk about any issues or concerns that you have.
For a distance session, you can lie down and relax with soft music (headphones okay), so you can focus on your breathing. Having a blanket nearby will be helpful if you get cold during the session.
We will reconnect after the session to share any insights and answer any questions you may have.
After the session
Allow yourself time to relax and take it easy—don’t go running a marathon that day.
Drink lots of water—It helps to flush away any negative or stagnant energies that were released during the session, allowing you to feel more balanced and refreshed. It also helps to hydrate your body and minimize any symptoms that may occur as a result of the energy work.
Spend time in nature—To help ground and balance the body and mind. There can be much energy released during a healing session, and it is important to connect to nature in order to integrate and balance the energies. Nature also helps to restore and rebalance the body’s energy systems. It can also help to reduce stress and anxiety and to bring clarity and peace of mind.
Allow time for reflection—This time can help you assess how the energy shifted. It also allows for the integration of the healing process, enabling you to refine the experience. It can also help to identify any further healing work that may be beneficial.
There may be symptoms that come up in the hours/days after your session. They can vary from allergies, a cold, fatigue, lightheadedness, or enhanced emotional sensitivity.
Be gentle with yourself.
The work we do together will allow for greater clarity, self-awareness, and healing.—Remember, change happens gradually, so be gentle with yourself.

Hi, I’m Nilda!
After an accomplished career in the corporate world, somewhere around 2012, I found myself needing a radical change. — I call this divine discontent. — Life guided me into pursuing healing arts.
I became a Yoga Instructor, a meditation teacher, and a Reiki Master Teacher. Over the past decade, I’ve expanded my knowledge to working with crystals, Akashic records, animal healing, sacred geometry, and angels.
My journey has allowed me to delve into healing at different levels, examining how human experience flows from the inside out, and how our inner world affects our outer world, including our health and relationships, sometimes in ways we don’t understand.
It’s my joy and pleasure to guide you into recognizing what may be a block for you. When we shine the light onto an issue and understand where it begins, we thus learn to release, heal, and grow.
