Thank you 2022!

Welcome to the New Year!

As I say goodbye and welcome a brand-new year, I reflect on the roads I’ve traveled to get here. – My traveling companions, those with whom I’ve been sharing the journey of a lifetime, and the experiences that have brought me to where I am today.

I give infinite thanks for the blessings and the challenges, as it is in less than perfect times, that we can learn about one-self

I am in gratitude for…
  • my husband and kid, who mean the world to me
  • good health, wonderful blessings, amazing trips, friends, old and new
  • our kiddo thriving in school, his wonderful teachers, and his journey into martial arts
  • our experiences with fostering several canine friends through the year, and finally adopting a fur-ever little guy after Chiquita‘s transition
  • my completed certifications:
  • mentors, teachers, and business coaches
  • joining a book club – yes, I love reading, and I’ve enjoyed diving into audiobooks and different genres from what I would normally read, aside from meeting wonderful people.

As we get ready to cross the threshold into a new year, I am reminded of “The 4 Agreements” (by Don Miguel Ruiz)

The 4 Agreements
  1. Be impeccable with your word – The words we speak become the house we live in. Our words carry energy that we choose to share, whether we do this consciously or automatically. Being mindful of our words can help create blessings in life, after all, that which we give out returns to us multiplied. – So, say what you mean, and mean what you say, as simple as that.
  2. Don’t take anything personallyWhat others say or do has nothing to do with you. We all live in our own “internal world.” It is the expression of this world that we choose to share with others, as our words and deeds. When we take things personally, we take on a world that belongs to someone else.
  3. Don’t make assumptions – We all know that when we “ass-u-me” it makes an ass of you and me… assuming is to arrive at a conclusion without considering the whole picture. Granting the benefit of the doubt will allow us to consider all the possibilities, and then make an informed decision.
  4. Always do your best – as Michael Dooley from “notes from the Universe” says, “do what you can, with what you have, from where you are” – definitely something we have power over. I find this to be simple and valuable, and in all honesty, it takes a whole lotta pressure off those of us recovering from perfectionism.
The things I wish to leave behind…
  • I let go of disappointments, in myself and others, for when there is a disappointment, there is expectation. This implies an emotional attachment to a way for things to be, and when we remove the emotion, the outcome becomes a preference, and then we can free ourselves and truly be okay.
  • I let go of disharmony, which causes stress and unpleasantness. Lack of harmony comes from our ability (or lack thereof), to deal with divergent points of view and expectations. I know that when I change the way I look at things, the things I look at change.
Furthermore

I know that even if we are one, and I share my life alongside others, life is lived inside out,” so this life is my journey alone, and as such, it is a personal task for each of us, to find happiness and harmony, as you are the only one who lives in your mind, and that what we wish to share with others, comes from within. Whatever lives in my internal world, I will take with me, at the end of this physical trip we call life.

I welcome heavenly guidance

and any assistance that it is available from the light

I look forward to fine-tuning my practice skills working with crystals, akashic records, angels, and energy healing, as well as tuning into my inner guidance and intuition, practicing inspired action, and sharing the light and the love in my heart with everyone who is a part of my journey, whether for a minute or for a lifetime.

Dear Universe,

As we are a conduit for life blessings, by sharing our internal expression with the world, I ask for inspiration, clarity and peace of mind, wisdom, health, abundance, balance, harmony, and a thriving business that brings much joy, satisfaction, and blessings.

How can I meet my desires?

With excitement and gratitude.

Thank you for your continued guidance and support.

Yours truly, Nilda
